2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use CompeteFit. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant CompeteFit a license to host, store, and display your content as needed to operate the service.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not post illegal content, harassment, hate, or spam. Do not attempt to access other users' private data or bypass security.
5. Disclaimers
CompeteFit does not provide medical advice. AI coaching, training plans, and any recommendations based on Apple Health, bodyweight, or nutrition data you provide are for general fitness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new fitness program or making changes based on this data. Use the service at your own risk.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or the service.
